New firmware ver. 1.0.3.0 update for Himedia RMVB player

The HiMedia player, now got new firmware updated, the version is 1.0.3.0
For this Ver.1.0.3.0 update is :-
1) Integration of decoding the latest player library, improve the sound track switching for AVI video file.
2) Improve sorting the file, Support more then 500 file sorting in 1 directory.
3) NTFS file system optimization and improvement issues and lost video file problem
