Please strictly follow the below steps to upgrade the firmware
1. first off, and then players connected to the USB on the computer.
2. Copy the VX767.HXF upgrade file to players root directory.
3. Un-plug the USB port from the computer.
4. hold down the "VOL-" (by volume) don't let go button and then power up the player, the player will automatically go to upgrade mode, After upgrade is completed, the player will reboot to main interface. Remember remove the VX767.HXF file from your player.
Note: Please be sure to upgrade guarantee players have enough electricity to avoid power shortage to lead to escalation of failure.
